摘要:
目的：了解分析兰州铁路局列车乘务员乙肝表面抗体(HBsAb)水平。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对3 398例列车乘务员乙肝表面抗体检测，并对检验结果进行统计分析。结果：列车乘务员中乙肝表面抗体阳性率为38.11%，不同性别、不同年龄及文化程度间有显著性差异。结论：列车乘务员乙肝表面抗体水平较低，应加强对列车乘务员的健康教育，普及乙肝防治知识，提高乙肝疫苗接种率。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore HBsAb level of train conductors in Lanzhou railway. Method: HBsAb of 3 398 cases were detected with ELISA and the results were statistically analyzed. Result: Positive rate of HBsAb was 38.11%, the comparisons in gender, age and educational background showed significant difference. Conclusion: The levels of HBsAb in train conductors are lower, we should enhance health education for them, spread the knowledge of hepatitis B prevention and treatment swell as raise hepatitis B vaccination rate.
