摘要:
目的:观察运用手法复位经皮内固定治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:将186例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各93例。观察组采用手法复位经皮内固定术治疗，对照组采用切开复位内固定术治疗，观察2组临床疗效及骨折愈合时间。结果:总有效率观察组为96.77%，对照组为79.57%。观察组临床疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组骨折愈合时间最短28天，最长49天，平均(34.5±2.7)天；对照组骨折愈合时间最短36天，最长92天，平均(55.3±4.8)天。2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：手法复位经皮内固定治疗锁骨骨折临床疗效显著，有助于骨折早期愈合。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of percutaneous fixation with manipulative reduction in treating clavicular fracture. Method: All 186 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. The observation group accepted percutaneous fixation with manipulative reduction, the control group with open reduction and internal fixation. Clinical efficacy and bone fracture healing time were observed in both groups. Result: Total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%, higher than 79.57% of the control group. The observation group was superior to the control group in curative effects (P＜0.05). Bone fracture of the observation group were healed, the shortest healing time of bone fracture was 28 days, the longest 49 days, average(34.5±2.7) days; the shortest healing time of bone fracture in the control group was 36 days, the longest 92 days, average (55.3±4.8) days. The difference between both groups had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Percutaneous fixation with manipulative reduction is effective in treating calvicular fracture, helpful to early healing of bone fracture.
