摘要:
目的：探讨早期康复介入对治疗急性脑卒中患者偏瘫肢体运动功能、日常生活能力的影响。方法:将96例首次发病的急性脑卒中患者随机分为早期康复组和对照组各48例，2组在采用神经内科常规治疗的基础上，早期康复组发病12～24小时内接受专业系统的康复训练；对照组发病2周以后开始康复训练。采用简氏Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)和改良Barthel指数(MBI)对2组进行治疗前后的疗效评定。结果：治疗后2组FMA与MBI明显提高(P＜0.05)，但改善幅度早期康复组明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：早期康复治疗可以明显促进患者肢体运动功能的恢复，防止和减轻废用综合征的产生，降低致残率，提高日常生活能力。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of early rehabilitation intervention on daily living ability and motor function of hemiplegic patients with acute cerebral apoplexy. Method: All 96 patients were allocated to early rehabilitation group and the control group. Besides the routine treatment given to both groups, early rehabilitation group received professional systematic rehabiliataion training in the period of 12 to 24 hours after the attack and the control group rehabilitation training in two weeks after attack. Clinical effects of both groups were assessed with Fugl-Meyer motor function score(FMA) and modified Barthel index(MBI) before and after treating. Result: After treating, FMA and MBI were improved significantly(P＜0.05), but the improvements of early rehabilitation group were superior to the control group remarkably(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Early rehabilitation could obviously promote the recovery of motor function, prevent and relieve disuse syndrome, reduce disability rate and improve daily living ability.
