决明子糜子垫在压疮护理中的应用-《西部中医药》

摘要:: 目的：探讨卧床患者压疮护理的新措施新方法，以降低患者压疮的发生率。方法：选择2010年3月至2012年3月在泾川县人民医院住院的160例卧床患者为研究对象，随机分成2组，每组80例，对照组采用常规护理方法，治疗组采用决明子糜子垫进行护理，观察对压疮的护理效果。结果：2组在护理时间、翻身次数、工作量等方面比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);2组在皮肤潮湿感、皮肤热感、皮肤发红、压疮发生率等方面比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：采用决明子糜子垫新方法、新措施综合护理压疮患者能有效降低压疮的发生率。

Abstract:: Objective: New nursing methods were explored for bed-ridden patients with pressure sore to reduce the incidence of pressure sore. Method: All 160 patients admitted from March, 2010 to March, 2012 were randomized into two groups. The control group accepted routine care and the treatment group were given with JueMingZi(semen cassia torae) mattress, the effects of nursing for pressure sore were observed. Result: Nursing time, the times of turning over and workload were compared between both groups, the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05); skin moist, fever, rubor and the incidence of pressure sore were compared, the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention and mattress with JueMingZi could effectively reduce the incidence of pressure sore.
