摘要:
目的：探讨海龙蛤蚧口服液中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法，为其质量控制提供实验依据。方法：采用高效液相法测定淫羊藿苷的含量，Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)，流动相为乙腈-水(25：75)，流速为1.0 mL/min，最大检测波长为270 nm。结果：淫羊藿苷在0.023 2～0.740 0 μg范围内具有良好的线性关系，回归方程为y＝74 988x+22 920，R2=1.0，依测定结果，暂定制剂中淫羊藿苷含量为每毫升不低于1.35 μg。结论：该方法简便、准确，灵敏度高，重现性好，可作为海龙蛤蚧口服液质量控制的有效方法。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide experimental evidence for quality control of HaiLong Gejie oral liquid through discussing the content determination method of icariin. Method: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used for the content determination of icariin, the column was Diamonsil C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (25:75), the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 270nm. Result: Icariin showed the better linear relationship in the range of 0.023 2~0.74 00 μg, and the regression equation was y=74988x+22920, R2=1.0. Based on the test results, the contents of icariin in the tentative preparations were not less than 1.35μg/mL. Conclusion: The method, simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible, is effective for quality control of HaiLong Gejie oral liquid.
