摘要:
目的：观察骨痹痛消方内服配合中药熏洗外敷治疗退行性膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将120例退行性膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为中药内服外敷组(A组)、中药内服组(B组)、中药外敷组(C组)各40例，分别给予相应治疗，10天后观察疗效。结果：A组临床痊愈19例，优于B、C组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；总有效率A组为92.5%，优于B组82.5%、C组75.0%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：骨痹痛消方内服配合中药熏洗外敷是治疗退行性膝骨性关节炎的较好方法。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of oral GuBi TongXiao prescriptions and TCM fumigation for external use in treating degenerative osteoarthritis. Method: All 120 patients were randomly allocated to the group of TCM for internal and external use (group A), the group of TCM for internal use (groups B) and the group of TCM for external use(group C), all the groups were given with corresponding treatment, clinical effects were observed after ten days. Result: Nineteen patients were cured in group A, superior to groups of B and C, the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05); total effective rate of group A was 92.5%, higher to 82.5% of group B and 75.0% of group C, the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Oral GuBi TongXiao prescriptions and TCM fumigation for external use are better methods for degenerative osteoarthritis.
