摘要:
目的：观察血塞通联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法：将160例糖尿病患者随机分为观察组、对照组各80例。2组均予氯沙坦50 mg/d，口服。观察组在此基础上给予血塞通注射液0.45 g加入250 mL生理盐水，静脉滴注，1次/d。2组均以15天为1个疗程，连续治疗2个疗程后观察疗效，疗程间休息5天。结果：治愈率观察组为67.50%，对照组为55.00%，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为92.50%，对照组为82.50%，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。2组患者治疗后疲倦乏力、腹胀纳呆、腰膝酸软、大便溏、浮肿等症状积分比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：血塞通联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical effects of XueSaiTong injection and western medicine in the treatment for diabetic nephropathy. Method: All 160 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. Both groups took losartan, 50mg/d. The observation group received intravenous dripping of XueSaiTong injection, 0.45g, and physiological saline, 250mL, once per day. One course of treatment was 15 days, both groups were treated for two courses of treatment to observe clinical effects, the interval was five days. Result: Cure rates of the observation group and the control group were 67.50% and 55.00%, the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Total effective rates of both groups were 92.50% and 82.50%, the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05). the differences had statistical meanings of the comparison between both groups in symptom scales of lassitude and fatigue, abdominal distention and anorexia, soreness and weakness of the waist and the knees, loose stool and edema (P＜0.05). Conclusion: XueSaiTong injection and western medicine could gain notable effects in the treatment for diabetic nephropathy.
