摘要:
目的：观察平衡针刺配合桂枝茯苓丸治疗乳腺囊性增生病的临床疗效。方法：将110例乳腺囊性增生病患者随机分为2组各50例，治疗组采用平衡针刺，主穴为乳腺穴，配穴为胸痛穴、肾病穴及腹痛穴，按月经周期间断针刺，1次/d，同时口服桂枝茯苓丸，6丸/次，2次/d，连续服用20天；对照组按月经周期间断服用三苯氧胺片，10 mg/次，2次/d，连续服用20天，2组均以1个月经周期为l疗程，连续观察3个疗程后观察2组患者临床疗效及治疗前后各疗程症状、体征总积分值，并随访半年。结果：总有效率治疗组为96.0％，对照组为86.0％，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。2组症状、体征总积分值在第2、3疗程后差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：平衡针配合桂枝茯苓丸治疗乳腺囊性增生病简便、安全，疗效优于单纯西药治疗。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore therapeutic effects of balance acupuncture and GuiZhi FuLingWan in treating cystic hyperplasia of mammary glands. Method: All 110 patients were randomized into two groups. The patients of the treatment group were choosing RuXian acupoint as the main acupoint of balance acupuncture, XiongTong, ShenBing and FuTong as the adjuvant ones, needling in the interval between menstrual cycle, once per day, oral GuiZhi FuLingWan, six pills each time, twice per day, for 20 consecutive days; the control group took tamoxifen tablets in the interval between menstrual cycles, 10 mg each time, twice per day, for 20 consecutive days. One menstrual cycle was one course of treatment, clinical effects of the patients were observed after observing three consecutive courses of treatment as well as total scales of symptom and body signs, all the patients were followed for half of the year. Result: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.0%, higher than 86.0% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in total scales of the symptom and body signs in the second and third course of treatment(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Balance acupuncture and GuiZhi FuLing pill are simple and safe in treating cystic hyperplasia of mammary glands, clinical effects are better than western medicine only.
