摘要:
从中药在胃肠功能恢复中的应用、针灸推拿、其他疗法、综合治疗4方面入手探讨中医药在腹部术后胃肠功能恢复中的应用。中医外治法不受手术前后及麻醉清醒期常有禁食禁水等限制，因而出现了腹部术后应用中医综合外治方法促进胃肠功能恢复的趋势。然而外治方式种类繁多，尚缺乏规范，因此有必要采用多中心大样本的随机对照研究，以探讨中医外治法在腹部术后胃肠道功能恢复中的机制，以及不同病种、不同术式患者外治法的组合方式，并形成针对各病种的规范有效的诊治方案，更好地发挥中医外治法的作用与优势。
Abstract:
The application of TCM to the recovery of gastrointestinal function of the patients undergoing abdominal surgery are illustrated from the application, acupuncture and moxibustion, other therapies and comprehensive treatment. Due to TCM external treatment immune from the fasting for food and water the recovery period of anesthesia, before and after the surgery, the therapy applied to the patients after the surgery is prevalent. But there are many therapies and lack of standard. It is necessary to carry out multi-centered and large sample randomized controlled trials to discuss the mechanism of TCM external treatment in gastrointestinal function recovery of the patients undergoing abdominal surgery, the combinations of external treatment for different diseases and surgeries, therefore to form the corresponding standardized and effective therapy for different diseases as well as to develop the function and advantages of TCM external treatment.
