摘要:
目的：观察预知子汤加味治疗卒中后认知功能障碍的疗效。方法：将96例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，2组均予改善认知的西药及Bobath疗法为主的神经肌肉促通技术治疗，治疗组加服预知子汤，2组均以4周为1个疗程，治疗3个疗程，观察2组患者治疗前后认知变化情况。结果：总有效率治疗组为96.0%，对照组为85.4%，2组相比差异显著(P＞0.05)；治疗组简易精神状态速查评分（MMSE）、Barthel指数、临床神经功能缺损程度评分(NIHSS)均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：预知子汤加味治疗卒中后认知障碍，能够提高卒中患者的认知功能，提高患者日常生活自理能力及康复效果。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe modified YuZhiZi Tang in treating cognitive disorder of the patients with apoplexy. Method: All 96 patients were allocated to the treatment group and the control group. Both groups received western medicine to improve cognition and neuromuscular facilitation, Bobath therapy as the main treatment, the treatment group oral YuZhiZi Tang, four weeks were one course of treatment, cognitive changes in both groups were observed before and after treating when they were treated for three courses of treatment. Result: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.0%, higher than 85.4% of the control group with significant difference (P＞0.05); the treatment group was superior to the control group in MMSE, Barthel index and national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Modified YuZhiZi Tang in treating cognitive disorder of the patients with apoplexy could improve cognitive function, daily living self-care ability and the effects of rehabilitation.
