摘要:
目的:观察补肾活血法治疗更年期潮热汗出的临床疗效。方法：将85例更年期潮热汗出患者随机分为对照组42例、治疗组43例,治疗组采用补肾活血中药内服，对照组采用西药口服。比较2组治疗前后症状积分及临床疗效。结果：痊愈率治疗组为34.9%，对照组为21.4%，2组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）；总有效率治疗组为93.0%，对照组为76.2%，2组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。潮热汗出及其他症状积分2组治疗后均明显降低（P＜0.05），观察组降低更明显（P＜0.05）。结论：补肾活血法治疗更年期潮热汗出临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe therapeutic effects of kidney invigorating and blood activating method for menopausal hectic fever and sweating. Method: All 85 patients were randomized into 42 cases in the control group and 43 cases in the treatment group. The treatment group oral herbs of kidney invigorating and blood activating and the control group western medicine. Symptom scale and clinical effects of both groups were compared before and after treating. Result: Cure rate of the treatment group was 34.9%, higher than 21.4% of the control group with significant difference(P＜0.05); total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.0%, superior to 76.2% of the control group with notable difference(P＜0.05). Both groups were decreased in hectic fever, sweating and other symptom scales after treating (P＜0.05), the decrease of the treatment group was more significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Kidney invigorating and blood activating method could obtain notable effects for menopausal hectic fever and sweating.
