摘要:
目的：观察针刺配合中药熏洗治疗退行性膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例退行性膝关节炎患者随机分为观察组、对照组各30例。观察组采用针刺配合中药熏洗治疗，对照组常规膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗。2组均以治疗4周为1个疗程，治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果：痊愈率观察组为60.00%，对照组为30.00%，2组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）；总有效率观察组为93.33%，对照组为80.00%，2组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。疼痛缓解时间观察组平均（8.25±1.36）天，对照组平均（15.35±2.55）天，2组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：针刺配合中药熏洗治疗退行性膝关节炎临床疗效显著，可快速缓解临床症状。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical effects of needling and TCM fumigation in treating degenerative osteoarthritis. Method: Sixty patients were divided to the observation group and the control group equally. The observation group received needling and TCM fumigation and the control group injecting sodium hyaluronate into articular cavity. Four weeks were one course of treatment, clinical effects were observed after treating one course of treatment. Result: Cure rate of the observation group was 60.00%, higher than 30.00% of the control group with significant difference(P＜0.05); total effective rates of both groups were 93.33% and 80.00%, the difference was notable (P<0.05). Average relieving time of pain in the observation group was (8.25±1.36) days, shorter than (15.35±2.55) days of the control group, the difference between both groups were remarkable (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Needling and TCM fumigation are effective in treating degenerative osteoarthritis and rapidly relieve clinical symptoms.
