目的：建立GustiloⅢ型胫腓骨开放性骨折的手术护理路径。方法：将60例符合临床研究要求的GustiloⅢ型胫腓骨开放性骨折的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，观察组给予临床护理路径护理模式，对照组给予常规护理。观察2组患者术后功能恢复情况。结果：实施临床护理路径可显著提高患者肢体功能评分(P＜0.05)。结论：采用临床护理路径，GustiloⅢ型胫腓骨开放性骨折患者术后肢体功能。
- Abstract:

Objective: To establish clinical nursing pathway for the patients suffering from open fracture of tibiofibula of gustilo Ⅲ type. Method: Sixty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. The patients in the observation group were given with clinical nursing pathway and the control group routine care. The conditions of functional recovery were observed after the surgery. Result: Clinical nursing pathway could improve limb functional scale of the patients remarkably (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Clinical nursing pathway could significantly improve limb function of the patients after surgery.
