摘要:
目的：探讨快速康复护理理念在心外科手术中的运用价值。方法：将60例患者分为治疗组、对照组各30例，2组都采用手术治疗，治疗组采用快速康复护理措施，对照组采用常规护理措施。结果：2组手术时间、术中失血量、术中补液量相比，无明显差异(P＞0.05)。2组患者术后C反应蛋白(CRP)相比，无明显差异(P＞0.05)。并发症发生率观察组为3.33%，对照组为36.67%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论：快速康复护理可促进心外科手术患者康复，减少并发症。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the value of rapid rehabilitation nursing to cardiac surgery. Method: Sixty patients were allocated into the treatment group and the control group. Both groups were performed with surgery. The treatment group accepted rapid rehabilitation nursing and the control group routine care. Result: There was no significant difference between both groups in surgery time, the amount of blood loss in the surgery, fluid infusion amount during the surgery (P＞0.05). It had no notable difference in CRP after surgery between both groups (P>0.05). The complication incidence in the observation group was 3.33%, lower than 36.67% of the control group with significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Rapid rehabilitation nursing could promote the recovery of the patients undergoing cardiac surgery and reduce complications.
