浅静脉留置针三种进针送管方法在老年患者中的应用-《西部中医药》

摘要:: 目的：探讨不同进针送管方式对提高老年浅静脉穿刺置管成功率的影响。方法：将90例老年患者随机分为3组，3组患者都选取上肢手背静脉或前臂的头静脉作为穿刺部位，统一选取一次性22号“Y”型管正压静脉留置针，操作均由同一人完成。第1组采用直接进针穿刺法；第2组采用单送外套管穿刺法；第3组采用退针芯送外套管穿刺法。比较3组穿刺成功率。结果：第3组穿刺置管成功率明显高于第2组(P＜0.05)，第2组高于第1组(P＜0.05)。结论：对老年患者采用退针送外套管法行浅静脉留置针，可以提高穿刺成功率。

Abstract:: Objective: To investigate different needle tube feeding methods to improve catheterization success rate of superficial vein puncture in senile patients. Method: Ninety patients were divided into three groups, vena capitis of forearm or vein on the back of hand were chosen as puncture sites, all the punctures were performed by one person. The first group received direct inserting method, the second group puncturing method by only sending the tube and the third group puncturing method through sending the tube and withdrawing the needle. The success rates of three groups were compared. Result: Catheterization success rate of the third group was higher than that of the second group obviously(P＜0.05), the second group was higher than the first group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The puncturing method through sending the tube for superficial vein puncture of senile patient could improve the success rate of puncture.
