摘要:
目的:以党参产量及质控参数为观察指标,评价甘肃白条党参种植过程中人工剪藤打尖法对其产量及质量的影响。方法:在党参生长茂盛期剪去地上藤茎顶端20~30 cm(1~2次),抑制其藤蔓生长,减少养分过分消耗,改善光照条件,维持地下根与地上茎叶的生长相对平衡,从而促进根的生长。以丈量法测量其根粗与长,重量法计算产量,以《中华人民共和国药典》(2010年版一部)的党参质量标准及党参的活性成分党参炔苷为重点考察其质量。结果:人工剪藤打尖法能使甘肃白条党单根鲜样平均直径( cm)增粗26%、长度(cm)增长21%,单位面积的增产幅度达到25%~35%,且对党参质量质控参数影响甚微。结论:人工剪藤打尖法能使甘肃白条党单位面积的产量平均提高30%,生产的党参符合中国药典质量标准规定,有利于当地党参药材产业发展,可为提高甘肃白条党参的产量与科学种植提供参考。
Abstract:
Objective: To assess the influence of artificial cutting method on the yield and quality of Gansu BaiTiao DangShen (Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae) by taking the yield and quality control parameters of DangShen as the indexes. Method: When DangShen flourished, the top of the climbing stem around 20 to 30 cm (once or twice), was cut to inhibit its growth, to reduce excessive consumption of nutrients, improve light conditions and keep relative balance of defend root and stem leaf, therefore, to promote the growth of the root. The yield was calculated through measuring root diameter, length and weight. The quality was checked according to quality standard in 2010 Chinese Pharmacopeia and through taking active ingredients lobetyolin as the index. Result: Artificial cutting method could make average diameters of fresh DangShen thicken by 26%, the lengthen increase by 21%, the output per unit area increase by 25% to 35% and showed little effect on quality control parameters. Conclusion: Artificial cutting method could make the output per unit area increase of Gansu BaiTiao DangShen increase by 30%, Gansu BaiTiao DangShen could meet the rules of quality standard in Chinese Pharmacopeia, which is helpful to the development of local DangShen industry. It could provide evidence for the output and scientific plant of Gansu BaiTiao DangShen.
