摘要:
目的：观察皮肤针配合自拟生发酊治疗斑秃的临床疗效。方法：将60例斑秃患者采用患处外涂自拟生发酊配合皮肤针叩刺治疗，3个月后判定疗效。结果：60例患者中痊愈19例，显效27例，有效13例，无效1例，总有效率为98.33％。结论：皮肤针配合自拟生发酊治疗斑秃，能促进毛发生长。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of dermal needle and self-made ShengFa tincture in treating alopecia areata. Method: Sixty patients accepted tapping the infected area with dermal needle and self-made ShengFa tincture for external use, clinical effects were assessed in three months. Result: There were 19 cases cured, 27 cases markedly effective, 13 cases effective and one case ineffective, total effective rate 98.33% among all the patients. Conclusion: Dermal needle and self-made ShengFa tincture could promote the growth of the hair.
