摘要:: 目的：观察中药配合药物流产终止妊娠的临床疗效。方法：将60例符合入选条件的早孕患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例，治疗组在终止妊娠前后配合中药口服，对照组未服用中药。结果：治疗组30例患者全部完全流产，流产率达100%，对照组流产率为83.3%，2组流产率相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中药配合药物流产终止早孕疗效确切。

Abstract:: Objective: To observe clinical effects of TCM intervention and drug abortion in terminating pregnancy. Method: All 60 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group took herbs and the control group nothing before and after terminating the pregnancy. Result: All 30 patients were aborted completely in the treatment group, the abortion rates of the treatment group and the control group reached 100% and 83.3%, the difference had statistical meaning between both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: TCM intervention and drug abortion are effective in terminating early pregnancy.
