摘要:
目的：观察步长稳心颗粒治疗冠心病室性心律失常的临床疗效。方法：将90例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各45例。2组均给予美托洛尔，6.25 mg/次，2次／d，口服。观察组同时给予步长稳心颗粒，1袋／次，3次／d，口服。2组均于连续治疗1个月后观察临床疗效及心律的变化情况。结果：显效率观察组为62.22%，，对照组为44.44%，2组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。总有效率观察组为95.56%，对照组为77.78%，2组相比差异明显（P＜0.05）。室性期前收缩、房性期前收缩、房室交界性期前收缩次数2组治疗后均明显减少（P＜0.05），观察组减少更显著（P＜0.05）。结论：步长稳心颗粒治疗冠心病室性心律失常临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of BuChang WenXin granules in treating coronary heart disease ventricular arrhythmia. Method: All 90 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. Both groups took metoprolol, 6.25mg each time, twice per day. The observation group BuChang WenXin granules, one package each time, three times each day. Curative effects and the changes of cardiac rhythm were observed after treating for one month. Result: Marked effective rate of the observation group was 62.22%, higher than 46.44% of the control group, the difference was significant between both groups (P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%, higher than 77.78% of the control group, the difference was significant between both groups (P＜0.05). The times of premature ventricular beats(PVB), premature atrial contraction (PAC) and junctional premature contraction (JPC) were reduced obviously after treating in both groups (P＜0.05), the improvements of the observation group were more significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: BuChang WenXin granules could obtain notable effects in treating coronary heart disease ventricular arrhythmia.
