摘要:
目的：探讨系统性干预对糖尿病并发症发生发展的影响。方法：将300例糖尿病患者随机分成2组，对照组予以常规治疗，观察组同时进行系统性干预，比较2组干预后血糖、血脂及生活方式的变化情况。结果：2组干预前血糖等指标和生活方式无明显差异(P＞0.05)，干预后2组有明显差异(P＜0.05)。结论：系统性干预有助于控制病情，延缓糖尿病并发症的发生发展，提高患者的生命质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of systematic intervention on the onset and progression of diabetic complications. Method: Three hundred of patients were randomized into two groups. The control group received routine treatment and the observation group systematic intervention, the changes of life styles, blood glucose and blood lipid in both groups were compared after intervention. Result: There was no significant difference between both groups in blood glucose and life styles before intervention (P＞0.05), there was significant difference between both groups after intervention (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Systematic intervention is helpful to control the disease, prevent the onset and progression of diabetic complications and improve life quality of the patients.
