摘要:
目的：观察中药熏洗治疗妊娠多形疹的疗效和安全性。方法：采用受试者自身前后对照试验，对124例妊娠多形疹患者予中药熏洗治疗，2次/d，共2周。在治疗前及治疗后第3、7、14日分别对患者进行随访。结果：共观察病例124例，脱落4例。120例患者治疗后3、7、14天临床有效率分别为46.67%、77.50%、92.50%。对瘙痒、红斑的控制起效迅速，无明显不良反应。结论：中药熏洗治疗妊娠多形疹起效迅速，疗效确切，无明显不良反应。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey therapeutic effects and the safety of TCM fumigation for the patients suffering from polymorphic eruption of pregnancy(PEP). Method: Controlled trial was adopted by comparing the patients before and after treating. All 124 patients accepted TCM fumigation, twice per day, for two weeks. The patients were followed up before treating, at the third, seventh and 14 th day after treating respectively. Result: All 124 cases were observed and four cases dropped out. Clinical effective rates of 120 patients were respectively 46.67%, 77.50% and 92.50% at the third, seventh and 14th day after treating. The therapy could control prupritus and erythema rapidly without notable adverse reaction. Conclusion: TCM fumigation could act rapidly and is effective for PEP without obvious adverse reaction.
