摘要:
目的：总结循证护理在颈椎骨折前路手术后的应用效果。方法：将74例颈椎骨折前路手术后患者随机分为2组，观察组38例进行循证护理，对照组36例接受传统护理。结果：并发症发生率观察组为2.63%，对照组为52.77%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论：循证护理是颈椎骨折前路手术患者术后护理的有效方法。
Abstract:
Objective: To summarize the effects of evidence-based nursing on the patients after anterior operation of cervical spine fractures. Method: All 74 patients were randomized into two groups. 38 cases of the observation group received evidence-based nursing and 36 cases of the control group traditional care. Result: The complication incidence of the observation group was 2.63%, lower than 52.77% of the control group with significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing is an effective method for postoperative care of the patients after anterior operation of cervical spine fractures.
