摘要:
目的：系统评价三黄膏治疗急性软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法：计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)，同时手工检索相关杂志专业资料；时限为1979年1月至2012年9月；制定文献纳入标准，由2位评价员分别独立筛选提取资料。应用Cochrane协作网提供的Revman 5.0进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入6篇文献，809例患者。Meta分析结果显示三黄膏治疗急性软组织损伤的临床疗效［OR=5.69，95%CI(3.00～10.78)］优于对照组，2组相比差异有统计学意义。结论：三黄膏可显著减轻疼痛、肿胀等炎症反应，在提高临床疗效方面可能优于对照组，但由于纳入研究质量低且样本量小，尚需多中心高质量的随机对照试验进一步证明。
Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate clinical effects of SanHuang ointment in treating acute soft tissue injury systematically. Methods: CBM, VIP and CNKI were searched on computers, and relevant journals searched manually from January, 1979 to September, 2012; the included criteria were established, the information was screened and abstracted by two evaluators independently and respectively. Meta analysis was performed with Revman5.0 offered by Cochrane Collaboration. Results: Six pieces of articles were included and altogether 809 persons. The results of Meta analysis showed that clinical effect of SanHuang ointment in treating acute soft tissue injury ［OR=5.69, 95%CI(3.00～10.78)］ was superior to that of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups. Conclusion: SanHuang ointment could relieve inflammatory reactions such as the pain, the swelling and others significantly, since the included study was in low quality and with small sample size, multi-centered and high quality randomized controlled test needs to be further proved.
