摘要:
目的：了解某三甲中医院住院患者基本情况及病种构成、转归状况，为进一步推进医院今后发展提供科学依据。方法：收录2010年1月至12月某三甲中医医院所有住院患者的病历资料(严格按照ICD-10分类)，建立数据库进行统计分析。结果：该院住院患者最多的年龄段为46～60岁(30.32%)；住院患者最多的职业为农林渔牧业(34.65%)；病种构成前3位的疾病依次为损伤、中毒和外因的某些其他后果(24.02%)，肌肉和骨骼系统和结缔组织疾病(16.74%)以及循环系统疾病(14.19%)；病种构成前10位的预后以治愈和好转为主。结论：根据患者特点及病种构成顺位在今后的工作中要科学规划到位，结合医院实际强化重点专科建设，同时提高其他专科的技术水平，促进医院整体均衡发展。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide scientific evidence for promoting future development of the hospital by knowing the basic conditions, disease composition and prognosis of the inpatients in a 3A Hospital. Methods: All the information (classified according to ICD-10 strictly) of the inpatients in a 3A hospital were collected from January, 2010 to December, 2010, the database was established and analyzed statistically. Results: Most of the inpatients of the hospital were at the age between 46 and 60 years (30.32%); most of the patients were engaged in the agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery (34.65%); the top three kinds of diseases in the compositions were damage, poisoning and other consequence of external factors (24.02%), the diseases were usually located in musculoskeletal system and connective tissue (16.74%) as well as circulatory system (14.19%); the top ten kinds of diseases in the compositions were cured and improved mainly. Conclusion: According to the characteristics of the patients and the orders of disease compositions, we should make scientific plan in future work, strength the construction of key specialty combined with the reality of hospital, improve technical level of other specialties and promote balanced development of the whole hospital.
