摘要:
目的:研究菊科植物牛蒡(Arctium lappa L.)种子萌发习性,确定牛蒡子萌发的最适条件,为牛蒡栽培提供一定参考依据。方法:采用室内实验观察方法。结果:牛蒡子发芽适宜的条件为:25℃,光照,用400 mg/L赤霉素浸种24小时,发芽率可达88.67%,适合弱酸性环境,且有一定的耐碱性。结论:本实验为研究牛蒡的萌发习性做了初步的研究,可作为其GAP栽培参考依据。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide the evidence for the cultivation of Niubangzi (Arctium lappa L.) by studying the seed germination features of Niubangzi and find the best conditions for the seed germination. Methods: Indoor experiments were observed. Results: The appropriate conditions for the seed germination were: 25℃, illumination, the seeds dipped in gibberellic acid(400 mg/L) for 24 hours, the germination rate could come to 88.67%, seed germination for weak acid environment and it owned alkali resistance. Conclusion: Preliminary study on the seed germination of Niubang could provide reference for its GAP cultivation.
