特殊人群用药指导及相关调查分析-《西部中医药》

摘要:: 目的:探讨特殊人群常规药品使用情况并分析影响因素给予适当指导。方法:对2011年2月至2013年2月期间临床应用的200种常规药品使用情况分析调查，通过调取常规药品说明和发放调查问卷形式进行资料收集并整理。结果：特殊人群药品使用标注说明仅占调查总数的35%；多数不良反应、禁忌症标注欠缺，未进行孕期或哺乳期使用情况详细说明，非儿童专用药品使用剂量标注不详；三成患者未能遵医嘱服药。结论：应给予特殊人群用药足够重视，严格标明药品使用注意事项，特殊人群药品使用情况更应进行详细标注，未标注特殊人群使用情况的药品应进行严格审核。

Abstract:: Objective: To explore the conditions of common drug use of special people, analyze the influencing factors and give appropriate guidance. Methods: The conditions of all 200 kinds of drugs were analyzed from February, 2011 to February, 2013, the information was collected and sorted by obtaining drug instruction and releasing questionnaires. Results: The explanations for special people in the instruction only occupied 35% of total survey; most lacked adverse reaction and contraindications, and detailed usage for the people in the pregnancy or lactation, the dosage for children was unknown; thirty percent of the patients could not follow the doctor's advice. Conclusion: Drugs for special people should be paid enough attention, the notes should be strictly labeled after the production of the drug, the indications of drugs should be marked in details, the drugs without the indications for special people should be censored more strictly.
