摘要:
目的：探讨护理干预对冠心病患者心理状态、领悟社会支持能力及生活质量的影响。方法：将300例冠心病患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各150例。对照组给予常规治疗护理；观察组在此基础上加用特定护理干预措施。观察2组患者焦虑、自尊、领悟社会支持能力和生活质量的变化。结果：护理干预后观察组在焦虑、自尊、领悟社会支持能力和生活质量的改善方面明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：护理干预可缓解冠心病患者的焦虑情绪，增强自尊感，提高领悟社会支持的能力，改善生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on psychological state, social support perception and life quality of the patients suffering from coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods: All 300 patients were separated into the observation group and the control group by random number table method. The control group received routine treatment, and the observation group specific care intervention. The changes of anxiety, self-esteem, social support perception and life quality in both groups were observed. Results: After nursing intervention, the observation group was superior to the control group obviously in anxiety, self-esteem, social support perception and life quality, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention could relieve the anxiety of the patients, enhance self-esteem, improve social support perception and life quality.
