摘要:
目的：探讨舒适护理对手术室患者心理状态及护理满意度的影响。方法：将手术患者120例随机分为观察组、对照组各60例。对照组给予围手术期常规护理；观察组给予围手术期舒适护理，观察2组护理干预前后患者的人际关系、焦虑、抑郁、强迫症状、敌对、躯体化、恐怖等心理状态变化情况，以及患者护理满意度。结果：人际关系、焦虑、抑郁、强迫症状、敌对、躯体化、恐怖等心理状态评价指标干预后2组患者均明显改善(P＜0.05)，且观察组改善更加显著(P＜0.05)。满意度观察组为75.00%，对照组为56.67%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。总满意度观察组为91.67%，对照组为76.67%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论：舒适护理可改善手术患者人际关系、焦虑、抑郁、强迫症状、敌对、躯体化、恐怖等心理状态评价指标，并可提高护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the influence of comfort care on psychological state and nursing satisfactory degree of the patients in the operating room. Methods: All 120 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases each group. The control group received perioperative routine care; and the observation group comfort care in the perioperative period, nursing satisfactory degreeof the patients, the changes of psychological states including personal relations, anxiety, depression, obsessive symptoms, hostility, somatization, terrify and others were observed in both groups before and after the intervention. Results: The indexes of psychological states such as personal relations, anxiety, depression, obsessive symptoms, hostility, somatization, terrify and others in both groups were improved evidently(P＜0.05), and the improvement of the observation group was more notable(P＜0.05). Satisfactory degree of the observation group was 75.00%, higher than 56.67% of the control group with significant difference(P＜0.05). Total satisfactory degree of the observation group was 91.67%, superior to 76.67% of the control group with notable difference(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Comfort care could improve nursing satisfactory degree and the indexes of psychological states.
