摘要:
对甘肃省中医院门诊设立患者接待处的背景、服务范围、接待流程及处理过程进行阐述，并就设立患者接待处后接待受理事件的原因进行了分析。
Abstract:
The paper is discussing the background, service, procedure and the course of establishing patients reception in Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the reasons of establishment and reception events were analyzed.
