摘要:: 目的：观察止血通明汤辅助治疗玻璃体出血的临床疗效。方法：将213例患者随机分为治疗组121例，对照组92例。2组均给予肌肉注射碘剂常规治疗，治疗组加服止血通明汤，1剂/d，水煎分服。2组均连续服药10天。结果：玻璃体出血吸收率治疗组为99.05%，对照组为77.18%。2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05)。总有效率治疗组为91.74%，对照为75.00%。2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05)。结论：止血通明汤辅助治疗玻璃体出血临床疗效显著，吸收率高。

Abstract:: Objective: To observe curative effects of ZhiXue TongMing Tang in the adjuvant therapy for 121 cases of vitreous hemorrhage. Methods: All 213 patients were randomly assigned to 121 cases of the treatment group and 92 cases of the control group. Both groups received muscular injection of iodine preparation, the treatment group took ZhiXue TongMing Tang, one dose per day, water decocted. Both groups took the decoction for ten consecutive days. Results: Absorption rate of vitreous hemorrhage in the treatment group was 99.05%, higher than 77.18% of the control group with significant difference (P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.74%, superior to 75.00% of the control group, the difference was notable (P＜0.05). Conclusion: ZhiXue TongMing Tang is effective in the adjuvant treatment for vitreous hemorrhage with high absorption rate.
