摘要:
目的：观察穴位埋线治疗前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法：将82例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各41例。2组均给予中西药常规治疗，观察组同时给予下腹部腰部穴位埋线。结果：治愈率观察组为60.98%，对照组为37.71%，2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。总有效率观察组为93.33%，对照组为70.73%，2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。症状积分2组治疗后均明显降低（P＜0.05），观察组降低更明显（P＜0.05）。结论：穴位埋线治疗前列腺增生症疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe therapeutic effects of catgut implantation at acupoint in treating prostatic hyperplasia. Methods: All 82 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. Both groups were given with routine treatment of integrative medicine, the observation group were administered with catgut implantation at acupoints located at the loin and the lower abdomen. Results: Cure rate of the observation group was 60.98%, superior to 37.71% of the control group, the difference was significant (P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, higher than 70.73% of the control group, the difference was significant(P＜0.05). Symptom scores of both groups were decreased significantly after treating (P＜0.05), the decrease of the observation group was more significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Catgut implantation at acupoint is effective in treating prostatic hyperplasia.
