摘要:
目的：了解中医特色护理临床应用现状，分析制约中医护理发展的瓶颈问题，为中医护理的可持续发展找出科学的途径。方法：自行设计调查问卷，对某三甲中医医院的护理人员和住院患者进行调查分析。结果：中医特色护理在该院开展的项目较少、应用范围局限；缺乏临床疗效评价体系支持，未得到患者的广泛青睐；护理人员中医基础理论薄弱，不能准确地开展辨证施护。结论：中医特色护理临床应用现状不容乐观，应积极采取对策，发挥中医特色护理优势，促进中医护理的可持续发展。
Abstract:
Objective: To find scientific methods for sustainable development of TCM nursing by investigating current state of TCM-featured nursing in clinic, analyzing the problems of restricting TCM nursing development. Methods: Questionnaire was designed, the nursing staff and inpatients in TCM hospital of 3As were investigated. Results: Fewer TCM-featured nursing items were launched in our hospital and application range was limited; the system of clinical effects assessment for the item was lacked, and the patients didn't favor the items; the nursing staff owned weak base of TCM basic theory and couldn't perform syndrome differentiation and nursing accurately. Conclusion: Current state of TCM-featured nursing is not optimistic, we should take measures actively, develop the advantages of TCM-featured nursing and promote sustainable development of TCM nursing.
