摘要:
从阴阳二气，阳主阴从；阴阳二气，尤重阳气；阳气之中，肾阳为本；易损难复，惟此阳气；治寒以热，温补阳气；阳虚易辨，阴火难识6方面小结王自立主任医师独特的学术思想，指出对于阴阳二气，尤重阳气，因为阳主阴从，阳气之重要，犹如太阳与天体的关系，不可或缺，是生命的根本和动力，但其特性却是难得而易失，易失而难复，故临证之际时时顾护阳气，形成了独特的温阳思想。
Abstract:
Chief physician Wang Zili′s unique academic thinking is summarized from principal Yang and subordinate Yin, Yang as the major part; kidney Yang as the root, Yang being easily damaged, treating cold with heat, warming and invigorating Yang; Yang deficiency could be easily differentiated, Yin fire is hard to distinguish, he points out that Yang should be taken as the major part in Yin-Yang, since principal Yang and subordinate Yin, Yang as the important one, are just like the relationship between the sun and celestial bodies, indispensable, they are the root and the power of the life, Yang is difficult to obtain and easy to lose, therefore, he attends Yang when he treats the patients, he has formed his unique Yang-warming thinking.
