摘要:: 目的：了解庄浪县人民医院中草药应用情况。方法：采用回顾性方法，对庄浪县人民医院2010年8月至2012年8月门诊中药房用量较大的前28味中药饮片和出现频率前5位的方剂（汤头）进行统计、分析。结果：庄浪县人民医院中药饮片使用量最近2年累计上千公斤药品有3味，依次为：茯苓、白芍、黄芪；方药应用中四君子汤（《和剂局方》）的加减应用在处方中出现的频率最高；其次是补中益气汤（《脾胃论》）。结论：庄浪县人民医院中医医师的用药多以补气血为主，治疗时先扶正固本、补气血、健脾胃，缓以治标。而且医师用药特点可以侧面反映近年来当地居民的一些多发病和部分饮食习惯等。

Abstract:: Objective: To investigate the conditions of herbs use in Zhuanglang County People′s Hospital. Methods: The top 28 kinds of prepared slices with high dose in TCM dispensary from August, 2010 to August, 2012 in Zhuanglang County People′s Hospital and the prescriptions of high frequency were statistically analyzed with the retrospective method. Results: There were three kinds of drugs with accumulative amount more than thousands of kilograms: FuLing(Poria cocos Wolf), BaiShao(White Paeony Root) and HuangQi［Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge.］; modified SiJunZi Tang (HeJi JuFang) appeared in the highest frequency; BuZhong YiQi Tang(PiWei Lun) was the next one. Conclusion: The features of medication in Zhuanglang County People′s Hospital are the drugs of nourishing Qi and blood, the treatment principles should be strengthening and consolidating body resistance, nourishing Qi and blood, invigorating spleen and stomach, treating the roots when the patients are relieved. On the other hand, medication features of the doctor could reflect the common disease and part of eating habits of local residents.
