摘要:
目的：探讨临床护理路径对膝关节镜下治疗半月板损伤患者功能康复和心理健康的影响。方法：将择期在腰硬联合麻醉下行关节镜下手术的半月板损伤患者50例随机分为临床护理路径组(CNP组)和常规护理组（C组)各25例。比较2组患者功能康复（Lysholm评分)和心理健康（Zung焦虑自评量表-SAS、抑郁自评量表-SDS评分)状况。结果：护理前两组患者Lysholm评分和SAS、SDS评分无显著性差异（P＞0.05)，护理后，CNP组Lysholm评分为（91.28±6.11)分，明显高于C组的（86.52±6.82)分（P＜0.05)，SAS、SDS评分分别为（39.48±4.43)分和（40.68±4.71)分，显著低于C组的（42.92±4.73)分和（44.68±4.68)分（P＜0.05)。结论：临床护理路径能促进膝关节镜下治疗半月板损伤患者膝关节的功能康复，改善患者心理健康。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of clinical nursing pathway on functional rehabilitation and mental health of the patients with meniscus injury who were undergoing knee arthroscopy. Methods: Fifty patients who received knee arthroscopy under spinal-epidural anesthesia were randomized into clinical nursing pathway group (CNP group) and routine care group(C group). The conditions of functional rehabilitation (Lysholm scale) and mental health (SAS and SDS) in both groups were compared. Results: Before the nursing, there was no significant difference in Lysholm scale, the scales of SAS and SDS(P＞0.05), after the nursing, Lysholm scales of CNP group were (91.28±6.11), notably higher than (86.52±6.82) of C group (P＜0.05), SAS and SDS scores of CNP group were (39.48±4.43) and (40.68±4.71) respectively, remarkably lower than (42.92±4.73) and (44.68±4.68) of C group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Clinical nursing pathway could promote functional rehabilitation of knee joint of the patients with meniscus injury who were treated with knee arthroscopy, and it could improve mental health of the patients.
