摘要:: 目的:探讨加味麻仁汤口服联合足底按摩护理对术后腹胀的干预作用。方法：将腹部术后腹胀患者42例随机分为治疗组和对照组各21例，治疗组在术后常规护理的基础上服用加味麻仁汤并结合足底按摩，对照组仅进行常规护理，观察2组患者治疗24、48小时后肛门排气、排便情况，肠鸣音恢复时间及临床效果。结果：治疗组患者排气排便情况较对照组有明显改善，消除腹胀者占90.5%，对照组占42.9%，2组比较差异有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论：加味麻仁汤口服联合足底按摩护理对术后腹胀的改善效果满意。

Abstract:: Objective: To discuss the intervention of modified MaRen decoction for oral administration and foot massage on postoperative abdominal distention. Methods: All 42 patients were randomized to the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group took modified MaRen decoction and accepted foot massage on the foundation of routine treatment after the surgery, the control group received routine treatment, clinical effects, recovery time of intestinal gurgling sound, anal exhaust and the condition of defecation in both groups were observed in 24 and 48 hours after treating. Results: The conditions of anal exhaust and defecation in the treatment group were improved more significantly than these of the control group, the patients with postoperative abdominal distention who were cured occupied 90.5% in the treatment group and 42.9% of the control group, the difference was significant between both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Clinical effects of modified MaRen decoction for oral administration and foot massage are satisfying in improving postoperative abdominal distention.
