目的：研究部队健康状况及卫生服务需求与利用的基本情况和特点。方法：采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样法在我国甘南某地区调查了578名军队人员，采用SPSS 12.0软件对调查数据进行统计分析。结果：甘南地区部队官兵的2周患病率、半年慢性病患病率分别为32.35%、20.07%。门诊服务主要集中在团卫生队、联勤部医院和地方医院。结论：本研究调查数据将为部队卫生机构今后更好地开展卫勤保障工作，调整和加强各层次卫生医疗机构的建设提供科学依据。
- Abstract:

Objective: To study basic conditions and the characteristics of the needs and utilization of health service. Methods: All 578 military members were investigated with multistage layering cluster random sampling, and the data were analyzed statistically by SPSS12.0. Results: Morbidity rate within two weeks and in half a year of the soldiers were 32.35% and 20.07%. Outpatient service was mainly in regiment medical teams, logistics department hospital and local hospital. Conclusion: The data of the survey could provide scientific evidence for military health agencies carrying out military medical support in future, regulating and enhancing the constructions of medical organizations in various levels.
