摘要:
目的：观察水蛭粉合微创颅内血肿清除术(微创术)治疗高血压性脑出血的临床疗效。方法：将79例无凝血功能障碍的患者随机分为治疗组40例与对照组39例，2组均予内科常规治疗，治疗组加服水蛭粉并施以微创术。治疗3周后进行疗效评估。结果：血肿体积、神经功能缺损评分治疗前2组无明差异(P＜0.05)，治疗前后2组组内相比差异显著(P＜0.05)，治疗组改善优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：水蛭粉合微创术治疗高血压性脑出血疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate clinical effects of leech powder and evacuation of intracranial hematoma (minimally invasive surgery) in treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: All 79 cases were randomized into 40 cases of the treatment group and 39 cases of the control group, both groups received routine treatment of internal medicine, the treatment group accepted leech powder orally and mini-traumatic operation. Curative effects were evaluated in three weeks. Results: There was no difference between both groups before treating in the volume of hematoma, neurological severity score (NSS) (P＜0.05), the difference was notable after treating between before and after treating within one group (P＜0.05), the improvement of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: leech powder and minimally invasive surgery are effective in treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
