摘要:
目的：观察中西医结合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床疗效。方法：将200例患者随机分为治疗组92例和对照组108例，对照组采用输卵管通液术联合微波热疗，治疗组在此基础上口服化痰通络汤、疏肝理脾汤治疗。结果：输卵管再通率治疗组为94.8%（110/116），对照组为74.4%（93/125），2组比较差异显著（P＜0.001）；受孕率治疗组为83.3%（75/90），对照组为68.6%（72/105），2组比较差异显著（ P＜0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore curative effects of integrative medicine in treating tubal obstruction induced infertility. Methods: All 200 patients were randomized into 92 cases of the treatment group and 108 cases of the control group, the control group accepted hydrotubation and microwave therapy, the treatment group took HuaTan TongLuo Tang and ShuGan LiPi Tang on the foundation of the therapy given to the control group. Results: Fallopian tube recanalization rate of the treatment group was 94.8%(110/116), higher than 74.4% of the control group (93/125), the difference was remarkable (P＜0.001); conception rate of the treatment group was 83.3%, superior to 68.6% of the control group (72/105), the difference was notable (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Treating tubal obstruction induced infertility by integrative medicine is effective.
