摘要:
目的：探讨日常生活方式干预对糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）、餐后2小时血糖（2hPBG）的影响。方法：将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。对照组给予常规糖尿病健康教育，观察组给予日常生活方式干预。观察2组干预前后HbAlc及2hPBG的变化情况。结果：观察组干预后HbAlc、2hPBG明显下降，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：健康日常生活方式有助于改善HbAlc及2hPBG。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the influence of daily life style intervention on glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose (2hPBG) of the patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods: 120 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The control group were given with routine health education of DM, and the observation group daily life style intervention. The changes of HbAlc and 2hPBG of both groups were compared before and after intervention. Results: HbAlc and 2hPBG of the observation group after intervention were decreased significantly, it showed statistical meaning compared with the control group (P＜0.05), it also demonstrated statistical meaning compared with the group before intervention (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Daily life style intervention could help improve HbAlc and 2hPBG.
