摘要:: 目的：探讨自体输血辅助治疗对中医骨伤病择期手术患者术后康复的作用机理。方法：对骨伤科择期手术患者368例于手术前3～5天实施自体采血400 mL左右备术中术后回输，采血前后检测患者血红蛋白，红细胞压积、全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原变化情况。结果：出血量大于400 mL，自体血回输后患者血红蛋白、红细胞压积、全血黏度均较采血前显著降低(P＜0.05)。结论：自体输血技术安全、经济、效果显著。

Abstract:: Objective: To explore the mechanism of autologous blood transfusion and herbs as adjunctive therapy influencing postoperative recovery of the patients suffering from bone fracture. Methods: All 368 patients were taken blood, 400 mL, from themselves in three to five days before the surgery, they were prepared to receive autologous blood transfusion during the surgery and after the surgery, the changes of hemoglobin, hematocrit, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and fibrinogen were detected before and after drawing the blood. Results: Autologous bleeding amount was above than 400mL, hemoglobin, hematocrit and whole blood viscosity of the patients who received autologous blood transfusion were lowered notably(P＜0.05). Conclusion: The technique of autologous blood transfusion is safe, economic and effective, it deserves further dissemination in clinic.
