摘要:
目的：观察小针刀治疗脑卒中致肱二头肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法：将脑卒中后肱二头肌痉挛患者100例按就诊顺序单双号分为对照组、治疗组各50例。单号为对照组采用常规康复治疗；双号为治疗组在常规康复治疗的基础上加小针刀松解肱二头肌肌腱治疗。在治疗后1周、2周、1个月进行Ashworth及上肢Fugl-Meyer积分评估。结果：治疗后2组痉挛程度相比，1周和1个月治疗组Ashworth分级比较对照组低(P＜0.05)；2组上肢运动功能Fugl-Meyer积分比较，治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.01)，经治疗1个月，治疗组上肢运动功能恢复效果更佳。结论：小针刀治疗可缓解脑卒中致肱二头肌痉挛。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey curative effects of small needle-knife in treating biceps spasm of stroke patients. Methods: One hundred patients were separated into the control group and the treatment group according to the visiting orders. The patients with odd numbers as the control group received routine recovery; the patients with even numbers as the treatment group accepted the releasing of biceps by small needle-knife on the foundation of routine recovery treatment. Ashworth classification and Fugl-Meyer scales of the arms were assessed and compared after treating in one week, two weeks and one month. Results: Ashworth classification of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group by comparing the symptoms of spasm after treating in one week and one month(P＜0.05); the treatment group was superior to the control group in Fugl-Meyer scales (P＜0.01), after treating in one month, arm motor function of the treatment group was recovered with the best effects. Conclusion: Small needle-knife could alleviate biceps spasm of stroke patients.
