摘要:
从中医临床人才培养模式的创新性、特色及创新试验取得的成绩与存在的问题2方面入手，探讨以培养“理论宽、临床专、能力强、素质高”的中医临床实用人才为目标，通过优化课程体系和教学内容，加强学生管理及教学质量考评，强化实践和临床技能，进行实验区改革探索，总结经验，探求适用于现代中医院校教育的中医学特色人才培养新模式，培养出更多具有中医学特色的临床人才。
