摘要:
目的：探讨3H护理模式对老年髋部骨折患者术后康复和自我效能的影响。方法：将老年髋部骨折患者50例随机分为研究组和对照组各25例。对照组实施常规护理，研究组予3H护理模式护理，观察2组患者护理前后康复（Harris髋关节评分和Barthel指数）状况和自我效能（一般自我效能感量表-general self efficacy scale，GSES）变化情况。结果：护理前Harris髋关节评分、Barthel指数和GSES研究组和对照组分别为（32.72±6.01）分、（34.52±4.98）分，（48.36±4.55）分、（47.44±5.99）分，（25.88±3.11）分、（26.16±3.98）分，组间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；护理后研究组Harris髋关节评分、Barthel指数和GSES为（74.48±4.96）分、（68.32±5.48）分和（32.32±4.82）分，明显高于对照组的（69.76±5.06）分、（61.36±7.71）分和（29.28±4.02）分，P＜0.05。结论：3H护理模式能有效促进老年髋部骨折患者术后康复，改善自我效能。
