摘要:
目的：探讨心理干预对全膝关节置换术患者焦虑的影响。方法：将行全膝关节置换术的患者60例随机分为干预组和对照组各30例。对照组行膝关节置换术常规护理，干预组在术前给予心理干预，采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)，由患者自评。结果：干预组焦虑状况明显改善，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：心理干预可显著降低全膝关节置换术患者的焦虑程度。
