摘要:
目的：探讨循证护理在蓝光照射配伍茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿高胆红素血症中的应用效果。方法：将50例高胆红素血症新生儿随机分为观察组和对照组各25例。对照组给予新生儿常规护理，观察组实施循证护理，观察2组护理前后血清总胆红素和结合胆红素浓度变化，记录2组黄疸出现时间和消退时间。结果：血清总胆红素和结合胆红素浓度护理前2组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，护理后2组均明显下降(P＜0.05)，观察组明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组黄疸出现时间明显晚于对照组(P＜0.05)，而黄疸消退时间显著早于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：循证护理可明显降低高胆红素血症新生儿的胆红素浓度，缩短黄疸时间。
