摘要:
目的：观察针刺治疗急性脑卒中伴意识障碍的临床疗效。方法：将急性脑卒中伴意识障碍患者168例随机分为2组各84例。对照组采用西医常规基础治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上针刺睛明穴治疗。评价患者治疗前后意识水平。结果：治疗组清醒率高于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；Glassgow评分改善方面治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：针刺睛明穴可改善急性脑卒中患者意识障碍程度，缩短急性脑卒中患者意识障碍恢复时间，优于单纯西医常规治疗。
