摘要:
目的：探讨颈椎病中医康复治疗时的护理方式及效果。方法:将颈椎病患者76例随机分为常规组和干预组各38例；常规组患者在中医康复治疗过程中不进行护理，干预组患者予体位、牵引、颈部功能锻炼、心理及健康教育等护理干预，统计患者恢复情况、病情复发率以及患者满意度。结果:干预组患者的康复治疗有效率为92.10%，高于常规组的78.95%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预组病情复发率为10.53%，患者满意度为89.47%，优于常规组的26.32%、73.68%，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在中医治疗脊椎病过程中，护理干预可改善患者生理、心理情况，提升康复治疗效果，降低病情复发率，提升患者满意度。
