摘要:
目的:探讨分级护理干预方法对糖尿病足患者血糖调控与预后的影响。方法:将120例糖尿病足患者随机分为观察组与对照组各60例,对照组给予综合治疗与常规护理措施,观察组在此基础上加用分级护理方法,干预周期为1个月。结果:干预后观察组与对照组的有效率分别为98.3%和86.7%,观察组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的腐肉脱净时间、边缘新鲜肉芽生长时间和基底新鲜肉芽生长时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。空腹血糖与餐后2小时血糖值、疼痛评分干预前2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后2组均明显降低(P<0.05),观察组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论:将分级护理干预方法应用于糖尿病足患者能有效降低血糖,提高疗效,缩短溃疡创面愈合时间,快速缓解疼痛。
