摘要:: 目的：阐明重点学（专）科在医院建设发展中的地位和作用，推动促进医院全面协调发展。方法：选择某医院具有代表性重点学（专）科骨伤科，分析骨伤科2006—2014年医院考核综合指标及规模发展情况，以及在临床诊疗、科学研究、人才培养、队伍建设、学术交流、文化建设等方面的优势特征和发展成果。结果：2006—2014年医院骨伤科门诊人次、出院人次、手术台次均呈逐年快速增长趋势，年出院人次增幅大部年份高于门诊人次增幅，其中2013年上述各项指标增幅最大；科研成果量呈逐年增加趋势，年增幅达5%；中草药收入比重呈现较明显增长趋势，中医药的参与率逐年上升。结论：重点学(专)科在医院发展中具有主导地位和突出作用，对提高学专科医疗技术水平和医疗质量，促进医学人才培养和学科队伍建设具有积极的意义。

Abstract:: Objective: To promote comprehensive and balanced development of hospital by illustrating the status and the function of key discipline and key specialty in the development of construction of the hospital. Methods: Representative key discipline orthopedic department in a hospital was chosen, hospital assessment comprehensive indexes and scale development of the orthopedic department from 2006 to 2014 were analyzed, as well as the advantages and the achievements in clinical diagnosis, personnel training, team construction, academic communications and cultural construction. Results: The numbers of the outpatients, the numbers of the discharging, the operations increased rapidly from 2006 to 2014 year by year, the increase of yearly discharging patients were higher than that of the outpatients, among them, the increases of these indexes at the year of 2013 were the biggest; scientific achievements showed a increasing tendency year by year, yearly increase rate reached 5%; medicinal income proportion increased obviously, the participation rate of herbs increased year by year. Conclusion: Key discipline is in a leading status and playing an outstanding role in the development of the hospital, which is positive in improving the levels of medical skills and medical quality of key discipline, promoting medical personnel cultivation and discipline team construction.
